Pocket is useful (formerly Read It Later) - and free

Pocket lets you save web pages to read later.

It lets you add tags too.

I've been using it for the last few days.

It has a simple interface, which is a big thing for me.
I hate complicated interfaces.

Minor usability issue: they should put the focus on the tags box after you click Add Tags.
