Apture is a pretty good web service for creating richer web pages. It lets you, as a blogger or web page content creator, easily create in-page popups that show multimedia content related to the page you're viewing. The popups can display text, images, video, etc. I've blogged about it before and I use it on my blog. They just got Series A funding:
