Disqus now has a comment thread migration tool.
If you use Disqus on your blog, and move the blog to a new domain, the tool allows you to migrate the blog's comment threads over to that domain.
Disqus is a startup funded by Y Combinator and Union Square Ventures, the venture capital firm of which Fred Wilson is a managing partner.
