I read about this today in an email.
Pareto Networks has introduced what it calls "Cloud-based Distributed Networking".
The company name is based on the well-known term "the Pareto Principle".
Their main goals seem to be to reduce costs and make networking simpler, using the Cloud. Their solution includes "one-click provisioning, automatic back-up and recovery, and remote troubleshooting". The concept, overall, sounds interesting. The management team seems to have a good background. And here is their technology page.
