Anand Mahindra's "innovative algorithm"

By Vasudev Ram

Anand Mahindra had given a speech at a NASSCOM conference some time ago. I had read the speech at the time, but did not blog about it then. Just recently I was reminded of it by some events, so thought of blogging it. It's worth a read, IMO, to those interested in innovation and who don't believe that the status quo (*) is necessarily good enough. Here is the speech, in a post on Rosen Sharma's blog:

Anand Mahindra's "innovative algorithm"

(*) I had been talking at around the same time (when Anand gave the speech) to some people about the need for (meaningful) differentiation and the unsustainability of competing on price (alone), so the speech struck a chord with me. The speech talks about that, and other things too.
