Sencha - http://www.sencha.com/ - is another player in the mobile web app framework space, like Strobe Corp that I blogged about earlier today, here :
Sencha got a $14 million round of Series A funding led by Sequoia Capital in June 2010:
Sencha Products:
They include Sencha Touch, Sencha Desktop, Ext Designer and Ext JS and Ext Core.
The Sencha Team:
I was interested to see that Sencha's Technical Team includes Dmitry Baranovskiy, the creator of Raphaël, a cross-browser vector graphics JavaScript library. I had blogged about Raphael, with example code and output, some time earlier on my older blog, "jugad's Journal", here:

Also, the Sencha team seems to include people who created the Ext JS product.
