Just saw a post about it here on TechCrunch.
Here is the Crocodoc site.
I checked out their "Web Page Snapshot" option using my biz site www.dancingbison.com as the input web page. Tried the Note, Highlight, Draw, Text, and Strikeout features and then saved the result to PDF. It worked ok. You can see the final PDF here.
