I tried out the feature of search-as-you-type for Chrome's browser Options, and it seems to work pretty well. You can type any text that you remember, that is part of a particular option's description, and Chrome quickly takes you to that option. (I did not do extensive testing, but whatever I did try, worked okay.) You have to try this to really experience it.
